MAINTENANCE Clean up and trash removal is done by you or your vendors. Rates vary based on needs, size of event, and date. SECURITY Our security guards are great and will be on site for your whole event, including setup and breakdown. We will also need to approve all vendors and contractors that will be visiting the site. We need to provide approval for all logistical plans including seating, lighting, and décor. LOGISTICS To make sure everything goes smoothly and fits within our guidelines we need to review the logistics of your event. Additional fees, if any, will be determined at the time of contract depending on any extras you want to add to your event. Your rental fee will be locked into place at this time and cannot increase even if rates change. RESERVATIONS We are happy to take reservations and hold a date for you! You can hold a date for 14 days free of charge, and then a non-refundable deposit and signed letter of agreement are due to reserve your special day. ![]()
